Do I need a membership to read the guides?
Our city guides are open to everyone on the Travel Black website and Substack, with no membership required. Blue adds access to guides within Telegram, alongside Ask TB and private trip planning.
What happens when I connect?
You sign in to Travel Black and link your Telegram account. Everyone starts in HQ. The HQ app shows every tool and conversation included with your membership, with cumulative access at every level. Private trip sharing, member meetups and Black conversations are inside HQ with access limited to their respective audiences. Connecting does not change your membership level.
How do invitations to The Black Room work?
Travel Black² is by personal invitation, reviewed by an admin. Participation, self-reported travel, hosting, and mutual connections may inform consideration. There is no automatic upgrade or application requirement.
